Welcome to the Secondary category of the Childnet International Film Competition 2017!
We challenge you to create a 2 minute film in response to the theme:
'Be the change - We're online for good'
What are you doing to have a positive effect online?
Childnet are challenging pupils aged 11-18 across the UK to create a 2 minute film in response to this theme. We are looking for creative, imaginative films which reflect a positive and inspiring message. Something other young people your age would want to watch and learn something new.
Use comedy, animation, music, or how about creating an advert, documentary or news report? It’s entirely up to you but make sure that you stand out!
All you have to do is to get your completed film to us by 17:00 GMT on Monday 12th June 2017 to be in with a chance of winning a great prize for your school or youth organisation.
Shortlisted finalists will then be invited to a private screening at London’s BFI on Monday 3rd July 2017, where the winners in both categories will be revealed by our judging panel. Find out more about the judges and finalist event here.
All shortlisted finalists will be notified on Monday 19th June 2017.
Good luck and have fun!
