‘Trust Me’ resource workshop

29 March 2016

Join Childnet and the LGfL Safeguarding Board for the launch of ‘Trust Me’, a resource designed to support teachers in exploring critical thinking online and the emerging area of online extremism and propaganda.

The resource, which has been created as a collaboration between Childnet and the LGfL, is based around the idea of trust and provides young people with online examples for them to discuss and challenge. Trust Me is intended to be used in PSHE and Digital Literacy lessons to stimulate discussions and can be used in primary and secondary schools.

This resource further extends existing training and education resources from the LGfL http://www.lgfl.net/esafety/Pages/counter-extremism.aspx
