Play your part, make a SID pledge!

1 February 2016

With just over one week to go until Safer Internet Day the UK Safer Internet Centre are encouraging, teachers, parents, young people and organisations to start thinking about what they will do this Safer Internet Day to help make the internet a better place.

As part of the #shareaheart social media campaign the UK Safer Internet Centre are inviting everyone to create a pledge for Safer Internet Day. The pledge can be a promise of something you will do on Safer Internet Day to make the internet a better place or it can be a wish for a better internet.

Getting involved is easy; all you need is a Safer Internet Day pledge, a way to record your message and a social media account to post your message on Safer Internet Day using the hashtag #shareaheart. There’s even a specially designed heart sign which can be used to write your pledges on! Visit the Make a pledge page for a step-by-step guide.
