Find out more about how you can tackle online Sexual Harassment at the ‘Step Up, Speak Up’ launch

4 April 2019

The youth-led event in Brussels will bring together young people and experts from the UK, Denmark and Hungary who have been working on the issue of online sexual harassment for the past two years.

The launch on the 11th April will be an opportunity to meet and talk to young people from these countries and hear them talk about what support they need from professionals.

The Step Up., Speak Up resources were created as part of Project deSHAME, a project, co-financed by the EU, seeking to address the issue of the under-reporting of online sexual harassment among young people, as well as promoting a multi-agency response to this issue. The Project is comprised of a partnership between Childnet International, Save the Children Denmark, Kek Vonal (Hungary) and UCLan (the University of Central Lancashire).
