Research released this week by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) has looked into pornography and the way that young people access it. The research found that more than half of young people had seen pornography online, including children as young as seven.

Having discussions with children is a key part of helping them to stay safe online, both in and out of the classroom. Internet Matters offer a free tablet app for parents to help have these discussions and are now looking to develop an app to support educators discuss online safety with children.
