Childnet becomes the UK Safer Internet Centre

Childnet forms the UK Safer Internet Centre on 1st January 2011 working in partnership with the Internet Watch Foundation and the South West Grid for Learning.

The website for the UK Safer Internet Centre (SIC) is now live at www.saferinternet.org.uk.

As the SIC, Childnet is responsible for organising Safer Internet Day in the UK. For more information on how to get involved and some ideas on what to do, visit www.saferinternet.org.uk/safer-internet-day.

The Safer Internet Centre project is co-funded by the European Union, through the Safer Internet Plus programme.
