Childnet’s impact for all to see!

1 December 2006

Childnet International announced today the launch of its 2005/06 Annual Review which this year the charity has produced as an IMPACT report.

The document includes a summary of Childnet’s financial accounts for the last two years and highlights the work the organisation has completed in key areas including, working with young people, schools, parents, industry, law enforcement, as well as our impact internationally.

In each area of work the document summarises the key lessons Childnet has learnt. The document also profiles some of the future work which the Childnet team plan to develop in the coming year both within the UK and internationally.

Stephen Carrick-Davies CEO of Childnet says,

“It is important that as an independent charity we update our funders and partners on the impact of our work and the key lessons we are learning. I’m enormously proud of the way in which as a small organisation we have been able to use the positive power of the internet to amplify children’s voices and concerns and make a very real and credible impact. By working in partnership we have been able to achieve a great deal but we believe we have enormous potential to expand our work and impact further, both in the UK and abroad.”

You can download a copy of the report from the Childnet site or request a copy from the Childnet office – email [email protected] or ring +44 (0) 20 7639 6967.
