Two weeks remaining to enter the Childnet Film Competition 2022!

25 May 2022

Has your school or youth group entered the Childnet Film Competition yet?

We have great news – there is still time to create and submit your short films and storyboards ahead of the closing date for entries on Wednesday 8th June.

There are four categories to choose from this year – the Primary Category (for 7-11 year olds), the Secondary Category (11-18s), the Solo Category (for individual entries from 16-18 year olds), and the Storyboard Category.

Superb storyboards!

Open to all young people in the UK, the Storyboard Category provides an excellent post-SATs activity for schools who would like to inspire creativity and promote online safety.

We want to see your storyboards on this year’s theme of: All fun and games? Exploring respect and relationships online. What can we all do to play our part?

Last year, we received dozens of storyboards as young people across the country mapped out their fantastic film ideas and concepts.

The 2021 winner was Elizabeth from Kingscourt School – check out her fantastic storyboard below!

Across all categories, the challenge is to create a film or storyboard that promotes positive use of the internet which can help other young people stay safe online.
