Virtual mince pies – Festive fundraising for Childnet

2 December 2016

This Christmas you can buy a virtual mince pie in support of Childnet. But what is a virtual mince pie?

A group of Civil Service Fast Streamers, the Fundamentals, have been raising money in support of Childnet. So far they have raised £1,000 with a comedy show from Reginald D Hunter, but now they are raising money in a more festive way!

This Christmas you can show your support and buy a virtual mince pie by texting “CIVM66 £2” to 70070 (or £1, £2, £3, £4, £5 or £10).

You can find out more about what a virtual mince pie is in this great video:

You can donate to their fundraising at www.justgiving.com/fundraising/fast-stream-fundamental
