Sinead joined the Childnet team in January 2023. Prior to working in Childnet, Sinead studied Geography and Hispanic Studies in the National University of Ireland, Galway where she later went back to complete a Masters in International Management. Before returning to complete her Masters, she spent some time teaching English to children and teenagers in Spain while also improving on her Spanish speaking skills. Sinead worked in the technology industry for almost six years in various training, project management and customer centred roles.
Sinead brings this combined experience of problem-solving, developing e-learning content and working with young people to Childnet’s Digital Leaders programme.
Outside of work, Sinead enjoys lots of crafts like pottery, painting and knitting as well as reading, yoga and travelling. She enjoys using the internet to learn more about art, design, fashion and is often inspired by so many wonderful creative people sharing their work online. It is an amazing place to learn from others and develop your skills further.
